Admin Team Member, Networks Delivery Services, ESB Networks (Permanent and Temp 18 Months)
Position Description
Various Permanent and Temporary 18 Month Admin Team Member opportunities available.
This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to support the administration in ESB Networks. The role is broad ranging and offers scope for variety as the support provided covers a wide range of activities. It will also provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to increase their knowledge of the Networks business, develop their leadership and employee development skills and enhance their own skills including IT, customer, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- As an integral member of the Administration Team, perform all tasks associated with the team’s activity.
- Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to all key stakeholders (internal & external)
- Work as part of a multi-functional team and support all units nationally
- Share knowledge and skills openly with other members of the team
- Reporting – Support the efficient running of the team by preparing periodic reports
- Facilitate and support others in achievement of team goals and contribute positively to the development of the team and self
- Handling internal and external communications
- Providing clerical/project support to the relevant Networks Teams
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change
- Maintain excellence in ongoing customer service for all of our customers and Suppliers.
- Develop excellent working relationships with the other internal ESB Networks teams and other ESB Networks Customers
- Support the teams’ operations and objectives.
- Actively support a strong Health & Safety culture within the team and in general.
- Responsible for the Integrity of the database on SAP4HANNA
Experience and Qualifications
- Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of and competency in the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS.
- Strong IT Skills incl. Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail.
- Ability to make & implement decisions to achieve best practice.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong teamwork skills
- A high level of commitment and flexibility
- A strong work ethic with a clear focus on safety, quality and cost objectives.
- Ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders
- Full clean EU driving licence

Salary
€33,000 to €38,000 per annum.
