Position Description

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in the Electric Ireland Business Markets team. We have approximately 2750 Business customers for whom we strive to provide excellent customer service. 

The role of the Reporting Analyst will have responsibility for a wide range of analytic activities primarily within the Customer Services section, Electric Ireland NI B2B, supporting excellence in the Electric Ireland B2B team to enable delivery of services to a high standard, meeting all internal and external requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Report on all Electric Ireland contact centre and agent performance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)  and develop management reports for all aspects of the contact centre.
  • Gathering, understanding and documenting business requirements and impact on existing processes, systems, data and people. Developing options for delivery of requirements and recommending the optimal solution.
  • Use reporting to improve call centre productivity and ensure staffing is matched against demand. Create and manage relevant dashboards for stakeholder reporting.
  • Managing delivery of complex analytics projects which may involve 3rd parties and new tools and methodologies.
  • Working with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to facilitate the implementation of process improvements for the organisation and communicate with key stakeholders on a regular and agreed manner - ensuring their requirements are being met and that key design principles are understood and adhered to. 
  • Working with cross functional teams to develop standardised processes throughout the organisation, including implementation and document control (when required).
  • Communicating to teams on progress, plans and activities and supporting the overall team and project work as required.
     

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience, two of which should be in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Business Intelligence initiatives and projects.
  • Proven high level of numeracy with strong analytical skills including strong Microsoft Office Skills in particular MS Excel.
  • Ability to comprehend complex business issues involving processes, people and systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document information and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. 

Desirable 

  • Good working knowledge and experience of quality management systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of the NI electricity retail market and knowledge of SAP systems. 
  • Experience in the Energy industry, particularly customer facing departments.
  • Previous experience with workforce management solutions.

 

Location

This position will be based in Swift Square, Santry, Dublin.

Salary

€48,100 - €56,600 per annum (depending on experience).
