Position Description 

 

ESB Telecoms Limited is a highly profitable stand-alone subsidiary of ESB and reports against its own P&L. As a wholesale telecoms provider, the company operates in a different industry and in a highly competitive market. In that context the business is managed by business and industry experts and decision making is the responsibility of the SMT within ESB Telecoms Limited. 

The successful candidate will operate as a core member to the Asset and Governance team in ESB Telecoms enabling the enterprise to achieve its strategic goals.

 


Key Responsibilities 


•    Preparation of ESBT Commercial Client's billing schedules and biannual invoicing for the tower business in ESBT using an internal billing database

•    Ensuring accurate auditing of all Telecommunications Towers equipment count, for invoicing purposes. Verification that all equipment related to Towers Infrastructure is within the Agreements set out with the customer

•    Preparation, reviewing and renewal of Licenses, Addendums for ESBT customers
•    Preparation of fibre billing schedules in line with the individual customer contracts

•    Improve efficiency within the overall business.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications 

 

Essential
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: 

•    Capable of working as part of a flexible team  
•    Background in an Administrative / Finance
•    Experience of working within a structured process driven environment.
•    Numerical and data accuracy
•    Strong organisational capabilities
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to work on own initiative  
•    Proactive & motivated
•    Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Teams & other IT systems 
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
•    Internal Stakeholder management

 

Desirable 
•    2-3 years’ experience in an accounting/administrative role

 

 

Location 

 

This position will be based in Dublin

Salary

 

€32,400 - €38,800 depending on experience
