Business Sales Support Team Member
Position Description
This is a combined sales and service role and the successful candidate will work within a dynamic team to deliver excellent service to business customers, achieve growth and retention sales targets in respect of retail electricity & gas products, and provide support to the CRM team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, outsource partners, brokers, consultants, industry & regulatory bodies,CRMs and operational teams within Electric Ireland.

Deliver timely and courteous customer service and communications to customers and stakeholders via phone, email and where appropriate face to face, in line with company policies, sale & marketing strategy and brand values.

Issuing electricity and gas sales quotations to customers, assisting with customer retention campaigns and generating customer reports.

Responding to customer & stakeholder queries in relation to electricity & gas billing, payments, tariffs, contracts, change of tenancy, on-line systems, etc.

Provide administrative support to the CRM team.
This position provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across all functions of Electric Ireland as the Business Sales Support team works closely with Pricing, Operations, Finance and Marketing in addition to the wider Business Markets area.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
-
Either 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience is essential.

2 years relevant work experience
-
Good analytical and numerical skills with ability to work independently.

Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel.

Attention to detail with ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to other team members.
-
A pro-active, enthusiastic and commercially focussed individual.
Desirable

Ability to provide excellent Customer Service with a focus on meeting customer needs in line with Brand values.

Location
Swift Square, Santry, Dublin 9 in line with ESB' Smart Working arrangements.

Salary
€32,000 - €38,500 depending on experience.
