 Our bespoke Commercial Graduate Development Programme includes:  

   

  • Structured Rotations: – Our programme is structured into rotations where you will gain exposure across our diverse businesses.  

  • Learning & Development: – Central to our programme is your continuous professional development. A bespoke Graduate Training Programme designed to develop your leadership capability. Graduates also benefit from hands-on learning and fully supported personal development plans agreed with their manager. 

  • Performance Orientated: – At the start of each rotation, you’ll agree clear goals with your line manager and receive regular feedback, guidance and support to help you succeed and develop your career. 

  • Supportive Working Environment: – You will be supported by your Line Manager, Middle Manager, Team Colleagues and Graduate Peers, and assigned a Buddy to help you settle in and a Mentor to guide your career development and rotations throughout the programme.  

  • Social Networking: – Our graduates take part in a wide range of sports, social and development activities, from Tag Rugby, Cricket, Soccer and GAA to language classes, team-building challenges, charity work and graduate social events. Our clubs, societies and networks are a great way to build contacts and make new connections.

Location  

As a Commercial Graduate, you will assigned placements across ESB’s offices in the Dublin area.  

Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.       

 

What We Look For?  

  • You should have (or be working towards) a minimum 2.1 Honours degree in a discipline that demonstrates strong analytical, commercial and communication skills 

  • Good communication skills, excellent analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly  

  • Be innovative in your approach and able to demonstrate your ability to actively contribute to your team  

  • A proactive, driven mindset with the motivation to learn, contribute and make an impact 

  • Previous relevant work experience would be an advantage but is not essential

 

Your CV should be no longer than 2 pages and clearly outline the following: 

  • Title of your Degree, and Masters (if applicable)  

  • Your results to date  

  • Your final year subjects  

  • The title of your Final Year project  

  • Any relevant work experiences
