Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing support within ESB’s Group Insurance Scheme team.
- Process insurance placements and related documentation for staff members.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of insurance applications and policy updates.
- Conduct analysis of insurance trends, including cost competitiveness of policies compared to market offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards and policy compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the insurance scheme operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

To be working towards a degree in General Business.
- APA Insurance Certification essential.

Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Location:
Based in Dublin.
Contract
This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's Insurance and Pensions function.
ESB is committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working. The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
