Our civil engineers provide  engineering services from early project  feasibility stage right through to construction and handover  for electrical infrastructure projects delivering infrastructure for Transmission and Distribution Systems, Renewable Generation (Solar PV, Onshore/Offshore Wind), Thermal and Hydro Generation and Energy Storage. Our civil engineers provide technical engineering services and manage  the delivery of project work packages and advise on appropriate engineering solutions for projects.

 

The Civil/Structural Engineer will be responsible for;

  • Promoting and demonstrating visible commitment to safety and quality in projects.
  • Providing civil, structural engineering technical expertise and advice from project concept through to detailed design and construction
  • Leading, managing and co-ordinating all relevant civil/structural engineering and associated disciplines’ activities required to successfully deliver projects to approved scope, budget and programme including the management of civil works contracts.
  • Managing engineering works package(s) relating to the delivery of electricity infrastructure projects as required including scoping, procuring, technical assessment and contract management
  • Building and managing relationships  with stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and development of team members.

Requirements

 

  • Minimum – 3rd Level Engineering Degree
  • A full clean drivers licence
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide
