Framework Coordination Professional
The Networks Engineering department in ESB Engineering & Major Projects is the centre of engineering design and project delivery for ESB’s Transmission and Distribution deliverables. The HV Project Management Team is a key part of Networks Engineering and is responsible for producing design framework tender packages, carrying out tender evaluations and compiling technical and commercial evaluations reports across a suite of substation, cables and overhead line design services, monitoring and reporting project programming across Networks Project Delivery as well as commercial management of External Designed Projects.
This Framework Coordination Specialist role requires close collaboration with the Design Contracting Specialist and Networks Project Delivery Group contributing to effective day‑to‑day operation of the design framework and Networks Engineering work programme. The role will also play a central part maintaining and managing databases, dashboards and SharePoint Libraries of information.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage databases and Sharepoint libraries to support the HV Project Management Team.
- Develop and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders by ensuring a culture of open communication.
- Develop and create SharePoint sites and dashboards with embedded content.
- Assist HV Project Management Team in relation to new tenders and co-ordinate the issuing of mini tenders as required.
- Analyse project commercial and delivery information and implement continuous process improvements
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- 3+ years relevant work experience is essential.
- Strong commercial and project management capability.
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management to deliver on a range of tasks.
- Self-starter with ability to manage own work and support others within project team.
- Contractor Management experience.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite such as, Excel and SharePoint.
- Hold a full driving license and have access to a car.
- Flexibility in all aspects of the role, including travel nationally.
Desirable
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Essential
Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience (of a minimum of 3+ years).
Location
This role is based in either ESB E&MP Dublin/ Cork offices but travel to project locations as required, is a key requirement of the role
The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least two anchor days per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
Reporting To
The successful candidate will report to the HV Project Manager, Networks Engineering.

Salary
€49,000 to €58,000 Per annum
