This role involves working closely with the Customer Solutions Governance Manager in supporting the business managers and process owners, across all areas of Customer Solutions, to maintain a robust governance and control framework.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the delivery of Customer Solutions key quarterly and annual governance, risk management and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Support and challenge business managers in their quarterly assessment to ensure key processes, risks and associated control activities are identified, operating and appropriate evidence-based sign offs are in place.
  • Champion governance and a culture of good governance across Customer Solutions, including providing advice and input in matters of governance and compliance.
  • Support the completion of control reviews, audits and risk assessments including the implementation of recommendations to enhance control environment.
  • Support the coordination of other miscellaneous governance activities as required.
  • Delivery of continuous improvement initiatives and projects with the governance function.

 

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • Third level qualification (preferably in Business or Finance)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Governance, Risk or Compliance role
  • Excellent understanding of best practice Governance, Risk and Compliance 
  • Strong auditing skills, ability to identify issues, root causes and corrective actions 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Highly motivated – able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Desirable

  • A GRC related qualification
  • Process improvement experience

 

Location 

This position will be based in Swift Square, Santry.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least two anchor days per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.

Salary

€57,900 - €68,100
