Opportunity to work in an in-house Legal Support and Administration role. The successful candidate will join the Property, Planning & Environment and Employment Law (PPEEL) Team providing a wide range of legal administrative support to Legal Managers, Solicitors and Legal Executives across ESB SIT Legal (including Regulatory Law, Corporate and Commercial Law).
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal and administrative support to the ESB SIT Legal team which encompasses a number of different legal specialisations to meet business demands; including dictation and copy typing, production of high quality documents, letters and reports, scanning, data base management, general filing and archiving files to secure storage, photocopying, arranging meetings, etc.

Process and monitor invoices for payment and requisitioning Purchase Orders using ESB applications

Managing databases, recording data and ensuring digital files and hard copy files are up to date, running Power Bi reports and compiling information from the Office Management System

Organisation and administration of post and correspondence for the ESB SIT Legal Team, saving correspondence onto the Office Management System, setting up files on the Office Management System

Liaising with solicitors, internal clients, and external service providers such as solicitor firms and barristers

Meeting/event organisation when assistance is required

Other duties as assigned from time to time
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
-
At least 2 years relevant work experience in a legal support role is essential with good working knowledge of legal terminology and legal practice

High level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, case management systems, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Dictaphone typing skills

Demonstrable level of attention to detail, ability to accurately assemble and collate booklets for court

Excellent organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to organise and manage workload

Flexible approach to working practices, the ability to work independently and proactively and a positive attitude and team working skills

The ability to apply sensitivity and discretion when dealing with confidential information

Location
This position will be based in ESB, 27 Lower Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin.

All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.

Salary
€32,000 - €38,500 depending on experience.
