Maintenance Opportunities at Dublin Power Stations
Position Description
ESB Dublin Stations, comprising Dublin Bay Power, Poolbeg and North Wall, is seeking skilled Maintenance professionals to support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical generation assets during Ireland’s transition to a Net Zero low‑carbon energy future.
We are recruiting for:

Mechanical Maintenance Fitter
-
Maintenance Electrical Instrumentation and Controls Technician
- Maintenance Electrician
You will be a key member of the on‑site maintenance team, carrying out fault‑finding, repairs and planned maintenance to meet safety, environmental and performance standards.
The positions are hands‑on in a high‑energy operational environment, working across a wide range of mechanical, electrical and control systems. We are looking for proactive, adaptable self‑starters who can work autonomously, respond to operational challenges and support station needs through flexible working and call‑outs when required.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
-
2+ years' heavy industrial plant experience, or equivalent industrial hands-on experience in Electrical, Control and Instrumentation or Mechanical Maintenance systems

FAS, SOLAS craft qualification in Electrical, Electrical Control and Instrumentation and Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
Desirable
-
A Full Category B Irish driving licence
