Programme Management Team Analyst
The EMP Programme Management Team combines work programme information from across EMP business areas to provide one view of the EMP work programme. The team monitors and reports on the status of the work programme and integrates this information with strategic resource planning, capability management and cost management. This team also ensures that work programme management is aligned to the strategic needs of EMP’s partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Lead Engineers and Team Leaders to deliver the commercial aspects of projects.
- Manage the Programme Management Team mailbox, addressing internal and external project queries
- Perform regular data reconciliations between EMP and Networks/GT systems
- Maintain and manage databases and SharePoint libraries of information to deliver the Programme Management Team objectives. This includes maintaining commercially sensitive records and the implementation of appropriate governance.
- Develop and update business process maps and input into the development of new business systems and processes as required.
- Undertake project costing and cost spend analysis and reporting.
- Provision of management reports as required by the Commercial Team Lead.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- A track record in the use of commercial management systems, in a delivery or support role.
- Experience in manipulation, maintenance and administration of spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience in developing, analyzing and improving business processes and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with a large group of colleagues and on a range of work tasks.
Desirable
- Knowledge of some or all of the following: Project Server or Microsoft Project, SAP or FMIS Reporting, Advanced Excel.
Qualifications
Essential
A relevant 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.

This position will be based in The Sidings Building, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2
