Position description

 

We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years’ experience in B2C marketing to join the Electric Ireland Residential Marketing Team.

This role supports the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to support Electric Ireland Residential in achievement of their commercial electricity, gas and net zero products and services objectives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Development and execution of BTL marketing strategies from briefing through to implementation including setting KPIs, providing business and customer insights, liaising with the central marketing function, and coordinating campaign timings across the marketing mix. Conduct post campaign analysis and update business on performance against targets.
  • Management of BTL communications calendar to ensure various business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, CVM, Propositions, Sales, Marketing & Insights teams to align develop marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Development and execution of event strategy to achieve Brand, sales, and Net Zero objectives.
  • Develop communications briefs using customer and market insights which results in effective and clear customer communications.  
  • Ensuring marketing activities are aligned with business objective and goals.
  • Analyse competitive offerings and recommend strategies for differentiation.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

 

Essential

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in marketing and planning (B2C).
  • Exceptional communications skills with outstanding oral, written, editing and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience with CVM systems, campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
  • High level of personal responsibility and ability to set own objectives and milestones. .
  • Strong Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key part of a multi-disciplinary team, with a strong focus on information sharing

 

Desirable

  • Experience in energy, renewables, or sustainability-focused sectors.

 

 

Location

 

This position will be based between Swift Square, Santry and Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.

Salary

 

€48,000 - €56,500 per annum depending on experience.
