Position description

 

People Operations is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of People Services related to the employee lifecycle - attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, administration of total reward and benefits, delivery of learning and development interventions, and payroll & time administration. It is also responsible for maintaining the central database for all employee data (e.g., role profiles, payroll, personal data, etc.), for management information and for monitoring HR quality, performance and compliance. People Operations will drive process improvement for the end-to-end HR processes, to deliver a user-friendly experience.

 

We are looking to recruit a Team Member to work on the Reward & Benefits Team. The Reward & Benefits Team is responsible for maintaining the Terms and Conditions of all employees from hiring until retirement. The successful applicant will be provided with all the support and development needed to become a key member of this highly specialised team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assisting with the seamless onboarding experience of new employees by ensuring that the Terms & Conditions set out in contracts of employment are applied correctly
  • Processing Promotions, Changes to Pay etc. in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting with the Implementation of Group Policy in areas of Reward such as the PCI Pay Agreement
  • Monitoring Visa Expiration and End of Contract Dates
  • Assisting the wider HR Community with HR queries
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An orientation to working with detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Strong administration and organisational skills to ensure effective and timely delivery of services
  • Ability to deal with complex, numeric data
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on a range of duties as assigned

 

Desirable

  • A relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential

 

 

Location  

 

This position will be based in Head Office, 27 Lower Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2

Salary

€32,400 to €38,500 per annum depending on experience
