Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator
Position description
We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business. The successful applicant will work in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence “CoE” and will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new resources with HR Governance and Strategic Resource teams.
- Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and external hires.
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and provide regular reports to management and HR.
- Support Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities, including representing the company at careers events.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with GDPR and data clearance requests.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment functions.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
- Flexible team player with experience.
Desirable
- A HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP
- Experience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes
Location
This position will be based in ESB Head Office, 27 Lr Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. Salary
€32,000 - €38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
