Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator
Position Description
We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business within the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. The successful applicant will work in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence “CoE” and will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the advertising of resources in line with the Strategic Resource Plan and approval systems, working closely with HR Governance Specialists.
- Coordinate and manage all candidate and applicant communications, interview scheduling, and support line managers and candidates throughout internal and external recruitment processes.
- Maintain and update internal trackers and collate data to produce regular management, TA, and HR reports, including monthly recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Assist with Early Talent recruitment, including attending careers fairs, supporting graduate event coordination, and ensuring excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
- Review and monitor employment contracts and documentation for external candidates and oversee the new hire process alongside the Onboarding Specialist to ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Maintain the TA SharePoint site, respond to GDPR queries, action data clearance requests, and ensure ongoing compliance with data protection regulations.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives with TA Team Leaders, stay updated on recruitment market trends and employment legislation, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to working.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Desirable
- A HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experience would be an advantage.
- SharePoint and SAP knowledge.
Location
This position will be based in 27 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin 2.
Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week. All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.

Salary
€33,500- €40,000 per annum depending on experience
