ESB’s Technical Graduate Programme is designed for STEM graduates with less than two years’ experience, offering structured development, real responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to our Net Zero by 2040 strategy. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, quantity surveyors and technical professionals on projects that matter.

What You’ll Work On:

• Delivering energy infrastructure projects for Ireland, with opportunities to be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle
• Designing, planning and building the electricity network of the future
• Helping to shape ESB's generation fleet on site, ensuring the safety, reliability and resilience of our thermal and renewable energy facilities
• Supporting Ireland's largest private telecoms network, helping keep ESB's infrastructure connected and operating safely
• Supporting ESB’s customers to optimise their energy use & develop sustainable energy solutions

What We Look For:

• A Masters, Honours or Ordinary degree (or near completion in 2027) in Electrical/Telecoms, Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Energy Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with a minimum Second Class Honours Grade 1 (2.1) result
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to learn quickly
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility regarding work location (for your development you may need to change work location during the programme)
