- Monitoring key metrics of the EMP Networks Projects work programme
- Coordinating resource and schedule information
- Maintaining and managing databases and SharePoint libraries of information
We are looking for a Programme Coordination Specialist to join us on our journey to a Brighter Future
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage databases and SharePoint libraries of information to deliver the Networks Projects Programme Coordination team objectives.
- Track and report on EMP Networks Projects inputs to the work programme such as budget, scope and project milestones.
- Proactively monitor and analyse Networks Projects project and programme performance, highlighting variance to key stakeholders
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure project and programme resource requirements are communicated, understood and planned by all stakeholders to enable programme delivery.
- Analyse project commercial and delivery information and implement continuous process improvements.
- Ensure a consistent approach is applied to the management of stakeholder data across the project teams and assist the project teams in developing this if required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential
- A strong project management capability.
- Track record in the use of project management systems, in a delivery or support role.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively with a large group of colleagues on a range of work tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver on a range of work tasks.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project software.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Essential
- A relevant 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
Location
Your base will be at one of our offices situated at One Dublin Airport Central or Eastgate Cork.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week. Salary
€48,145 to €56,640
