Role Description:

 

This role will support the Hatchery team in day-to-day activities and operations in the hatchery. Fisheries conservation and hatchery work is directly linked to ESB’s strategy and this role is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on area and contribute to ESB.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Day to day operation of Hatcheries including;
  • Fish & Eel collection
  • Fish conservation
  • Feeding
  • Monitoring
  • Environmental compliance
  • Health & Safety duties
  • Upkeep of the hatchery

  • One of the following: Parteen Hatchery/Belmont/ESB Head Office

 

Contract: 

This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB’s Fisheries function.
