Admin Team Member, Networks Training Centre, Portlaoise
Position Description
The Networks Training Centre at ESB Networks is a dynamic environment supporting a wide range of training activities for both ESB staff and external participants. It is also the central hub for ESB’s apprenticeship programme, currently hosting over 300 apprentices.
We are looking to recruit a team member with a strong service orientation to join our Training Design & Systems team. The primary responsibilities of this position include scheduling and coordinating training courses, issuing invitations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient course delivery. Additionally, the role encompasses various administrative duties that support the Centre’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Course setup and scheduling on SAP Success Factors

Coordinate course invitations and optimising course enrolments

Recording attendance sheets and associated task records for all course participants on SAP Success Factors & SharePoint

Reporting on training needs/delivered using ESB systems

Support reception and customer service for the ESB Networks Training Centre

Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability to change, and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience and Qualification
Essential
-
A minimum of two years experience
-
Excellent attention to detail.

Quality approach to the management of data and records

Strong communication skills
-
Provide a flexible approach to work to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service

Ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders

Knowledge of Corporate IT systems
Desirable
-
Working knowledge of SAP HCM systems would be an advantage

High level of proficiency on MS Office Applications/SharePoint

Salary
€32,000 - €38,000 per annum.
