Position Description

 

Team member in the Networks Training Centre administration function supports the effective and efficient delivery of training for ESB Networks.  The ESB Networks Training Centre is a dynamic location and serves a diverse group including ESB staff and external groups.  It is also the centre of ESB’s apprenticeship activity, with almost 300 apprentices in training.

This role is service-focussed and includes primary responsibility for administration associated with course delivery and accurate recording of same. It also includes a wide range of administration tasks associated with the Networks Training centre including reception duties.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

 

  • Course setup and scheduling on SAP Success Factors
  • Recording attendance sheets and associated task records for all course participants on SAP Success Factors & SharePoint
  • Reporting on training needs/delivered using ESB systems
  • Provide reception and customer service for the ESB Networks Training Centre
  • General Administrative support for NTC (Networks Training Centre) Management Team
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability to change, and commitment to continuous improvement

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

 

Essential

 

  • Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Quality approach to the management of data and records
  • Provide a flexible approach to work to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
  • Ability to engage with and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Corporate IT systems

 

Desirable

 

  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM systems would be an advantage
  • High level of proficiency on MS Office Applications

Salary 

 

Salary starting from €30,000 per annum.
