Residential Data Insights Analyst (2 Year FTC)
Position description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data, analysing, interpretating and reporting. Your expertise will directly contribute to our strategic decision-making and overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Azure) to track, measure, and analyse website & app performance metrics, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain Master data and the datasheets/sources linked to external and internal reporting.
- Develop internal and external reports on a bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly basis in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Construct integral analysis of Quantitative and Qualitative data results to construct explanations and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website & app traffic, conversion funnels, and user journeys to identify areas for optimisation and improvement, post campaign analysis.
- Perform A/B testing, regression analysis, and predictive modelling.
- Good understanding of a Tag management solution like Google Tag Manager etc.
- Collaborate with the digital product management, UX and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and suggest optimisation initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Workload: planning, management and weekly reporting of same.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging analytics tools, and best practices in digital analytics and data science.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in digital analytics or data analysis.
- A third-level qualification in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proven track record of using data to solve business problems, with a strong understanding of analytics tools their capabilities.
- Experience in developing data visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking in gathering and analysing data.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to collate and present results in a concise, creative, and professional manner.
- Experience with statistical techniques and tools, such as regression analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modelling, is a plus.
Location
This position will be based in Swift Square, Northwood, Dublin 9.

Salary
€46,000 - €54,000 depending on experience
