Position Description
The role of the Stations Supervisor includes responsibility for delivery of work as assigned in the areas of Project Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and prioritising for the delivery of work programmes.
- Scheduling work and tracking and reporting on performance.
- Managing productivity.
- Managing costs.
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff, contractors and the public.
- Auditing quality of work.
- Lead and develop the team.
- Managing subcontractors including interfaces with internal teams.
- Managing stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate/A suitable Level 7 or higher qualification in Electrical, Electrical Services, Electronics, Mechanical or other suitable alternative qualification with a sizeable electrical theory content.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Network Assets.
- Understands and applies the relevant Quality Management Standards.
- Full clean EU driving licence. Travel is required.
Desirable
- Project Management.
- Experience of managing staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of ESB Networks Safety Rules.
- Understanding of ESB's Group policies in all dealings with staff, customers, contractors, public etc.

Reporting To
The Reporting to Project Leader HV Stations South Central.

Salary
€59,000 - €70,000 per annum
